Nox-Rust 1200DC

OneSource AS will review the equipment and facility operational specifications, to ensure the compatibility and effectiveness of the recommended solution.

From OneSource AS experience the most common solutions are:

Application of Nitrogen Blanket (Purging) – Displacing oxygen with nitrogen in the enclosed space, preventing corrosion. OneSource AS has multidisciplinary personnel with years of experience in equipment & system purging. Upon assessment of our clients’ specific needs, OneSource AS mobilize our multidisciplinary team & equipment for onsite application.

Application of Nox-Rust 1200DC, a water based, silica-free, environmentally safe Volatile Corrosion Inhibiter (VCI) that is applied within the enclosed space, by filling, fogging, or flushing. Upon application of the Nox-Rust 1200DC mixture, the VCI will chemically bond with the internal surface preventing corrosion from forming.

OneSource AS is comprised of professionals with many years of operational maintenance and new build construction preservation experience. When developing a solution for our clients, OneSource AS will always consider the most cost-effective application for protection as well as start-up, and operation.

Shrink Wrap Customization

Premium Metal Guard^(R)X-O VCI Shrink Film is customizable in many ways as shown in this video.

We can offer the shrink film with or without VCI and with UV protection, we can customize it with latches, zippers, see through plastics to give ease of access or view.

Fingerboard Asset Preservation

OneSource fingerboard assert preservation using our partner Daubert Cromwell products. Our OneSource VCI Preservation engineers washed and cleaned the fingerboards before utilizing Nox-Rust^(R) 3100, Nox Rust 5200 wax, Premium Metal-Guard^(R)X-O VCI Shrink Film, and Daubrite^(R)VCI emitters.

We can fit the Premium Metal-Guard X-O Wrap with zippers/Velcro to be opened to attach lugs for transportation purposes.

Flame-Retardant Preservation

OneSource flame-retardant preservation for construction phases is used to protect your asset from construction debris and contamination from hot work, blasting, and so on.

·      Flame retardant tarps, Flame-retardant clear sheets, Flame-retardant yellow tapes, aluminum-coated glass fiber sheets, floor/grating protection from OneSource which has been manufactured together with our partners.
·      Customized flame-retardant tarps/shrink to any shape, size, color, with/without VCI and with Velcro/Ziplock opening to make inspection easy on your projects.
·      Flame-retardant shrink and tarp/sheets can be specifically made to fit any kind of equipment.
·      Clear flame-retardant protection is used for valves, instrument stands, instruments, gauges, light fixtures, floodlights, on/off valves, and all other types of equipment typically wrapped in aluminum sheets.

New – In country representation agreement

Press Release - McLatek Nigeria Limited

Stavanger 04/09/2019 OneSource has today entered into a collaboration agreement with McLatek Nigeria Limited, for the provision of preservation materials and specialist services in preservation, corrosion protection and preventive maintenance within the african oil and gas market. Despite the launch of OneSource just over a year ago, the company has already established itself internationally. In addition to its headquarters in Stavanger, the company has branches in Singapore and Korea. New areas are being assessed on an ongoing basis and several new departments are already being established. The agreement with McLatek will give OneSource access to a market that is strictly regulated and difficult to establish for foreign companies. One depends on local presence and cooperation with local companies. The Nigerian offshore market is in dire need of our services and products, the agreement with McLatek allows us to deliver products and services to the entire African oil & gas market including onshore facilities – OneSource are therefore very pleased to have this agreement in place with McLatek.
